Every year Crain's Chicago Business showcases Chicago's top 40 most talented businesspeople under 40 years old. For 2011, Crain's tapped Ethercycle to build an iPad friendly version of their traditional Flash experience.
Using HTML5, CSS3, and custom jQuery plugins, Ethercycle developed an enhanced media experience for iPad users. Our system of progressive-enhancement ensures that this project will only get better with age.

Since 2004, Inter-Continental Trading USA has taken pride in providing excellent customer service and quality tobacco and roll-your-own products. As their business grew, so did their need for a website which reflected that experience.

Amphora Home | Retail
Amphora enables consumers to buy manufacturers' furniture samples from their lavish showroom.
In May 2011, Amphora was featured on WGN TV's fourth episode of Bring It Home with Rochelle Adkinson.

Amling's Cycle | Ecommerce
Opened in 1967, Amling's Cycle has grown to become the Illinois market leader in recumbent cycle sales.
Amling's Cycle wanted to bring their in-store experience online in time for the summer cycling season. With summer closing in, Ethercycle developed an effective solution that quickly reached their target audience, and yielded a 223.9% return on investment in one quarter.

Gulliver's Pizza | Restaurant
Gulliver's was established in 1965 as a 100-seat restaurant featuring the North Side's original pan pizza, it has since grown to be a Chicago institution.
When called upon to translate the Gulliver's Pizza experience to the web, Ethercycle did so using appetizing photography, a dynamic menu layout, and Gulliver's original menu artwork. I'm hungry just thinking about it.

Holiday Toy Ride | Nonprofit
The Amlings Cycle Holiday Toy Ride is an annual charity bike ride event that raises toys for the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation. The ride was started in 2003 by local bike shop owner Joe Reichert.
For the ninth anniversary of the Holiday Toy Ride, we created a site that allows participants to register online for the event. Through the use of illustrated elements and a prominent call to action, the Holiday Toy Ride is now much more friendly to new participants than it was in year's past.

After key stakeholder research, Ethercycle designed the Yvonne Estelle's website to appeal to a new market segment.
