Installation
You can always ask us to install Free Shipping Progress Bar for you. There is no charge for installation. When you install the app, you'll receive an email from us asking if you need help.
If you'd like to install it yourself, read on.
When you add Free Shipping Progress Bar to your store, it creates one file:
/snippets/shopify-free-shipping-meter.liquid
It will ask if you'd like to attempt automatic installation. If you agree, Free Shipping Progress Bar will search through a few files and look for a cart form. It will then add {% include 'shopify-free-shipping-meter' %} directly before the form.
Adding Free Shipping Progress Bar to your theme
- Install Free Shipping Progress Bar from the app store.
- Copy & paste
{% include 'shopify-free-shipping-meter' %}wherever you'd like the the widget to appear on the cart page. We recommend playing it just below your Subtotal. You will likely find this in one of two places: /templates/cart.liquid/sections/cart.liquid
Usage
Access Free Shipping Progress Bar from within your store's apps menu.
Within the Free Shipping Progress Bar app, you may edit the widget's appearance, change messaging, and set the free shipping threshold.
