What This Policy Covers

This Shipping Policy applies only to physical merchandise purchased through the online store at ethercycle.com. Digital downloads are delivered electronically and are not shipped. This policy does not apply to our services, apps or software.

Order Processing

We process and ship orders within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping options, rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and shown at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times begin once the carrier picks up your package, not when the order is placed.

Domestic and International Shipping

We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout. If your country does not appear as an option, we do not currently ship there.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total or shipping charge and are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs processing may also delay delivery beyond our estimates.

Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at info@ethercycle.com and we will help you track it down.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand your package to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at info@ethercycle.com as soon as possible and we will work with you and the carrier to make it right.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address you entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.
